Where is Emma Bridgewater pottery made?
All of our pottery is handmade and hand-decorated at our factory in Stoke-on-Trent, the traditional home of British ceramics.
Is your pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or 'seconds' items are generally non-refundable unless faulty.
What does 'Seconds' quality mean?
A 'Second' is a piece of pottery that has a slight cosmetic imperfection, such as a small smudge in the paint or a tiny pinhole in the glaze, but is still perfectly functional.
Do you offer a personalization service?
Yes, we offer a bespoke personalization service on many of our most popular shapes, allowing you to add names or special messages to be hand-painted by our artists.
