Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your Emma Bridgewater pottery, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully wrap your pottery in its original packaging and include the completed returns form inside the box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid returns label from the portal, securely attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
